Favorite Studios Around DC

Personal Favs
Sculpt Cycle (45 minutes) - This class is a one stop shop! Your heart rate is pumping and so are the perfect playlists. It incorporates climbing, sculpting, and fat-burning!

Sculpt Fusion 60 (60 minutes) - Can't decide if you want to go to spin or yoga tonight, not to worry, this class does not make you pick! 30 min of yoga and 30 min of cycle - it is all a girl could ever hope for in an hour. You walk out feeling energized and relaxed - I cannot explain it, but it is perfection!

The Studio
They have freshly cleaned yoga mats, props, and towels - everything you need for the class is provided. My favorite thing about this studio is their locker system; as you walk in you receive a complimentary key to your own locker, large enough to fit a large tote and boots, it is so convenient! Fortunately, I work nearby so I walk but it is also very accessible via metro :)

Personal Favs
Yoga Lab (60-90 minutes) - Kristen makes us fall in love with "basic" yoga postures all over again (Crow, Warrior III, and even Tree). She also helps you fall in love with your own body and realize you are perfectly capable of advanced postures (read: instragram worthy poses). The first half of class you prep the body by flowing through rudimentary postures and slowly work your way into the move of the day! I walked into this class barely holding Crow and an hour later I was flowing into Eka Pada Koundinyasana I.

Studio Promo
Enter the promotional code "FIRSTTIMER" here and your first month membership will be $50. Your membership will auto-renew at the regular membership rate after the first month.

Studio Perks
Talk about prime location and gorgeous building. The studio provides mats (which have been well loved) so I personally bring my own, towels, straps, blocks, and weights.

All of these are available on ClassPass, which is quite possibly the greatest thing to ever happen in the health world.
